Shipping Policy

At TradePro Solutions, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries across Pakistan.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, and Multan, as well as smaller towns and rural areas.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Major Cities: 2-3 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are Rs 299/- all over Pakistan.

We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 business days to process. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
